Shecluded Celebrates Successful Completion of the Route to Scale Accelerator Program

Shecluded, the trailblazing organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs, is elated to announce the successful completion of its first cohort of the Route to Scale Accelerator Program. The program culminated with participants showcasing their business acumen by pitching to seven esteemed investors, mobilized by Shecluded.

Partly sponsored by the GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and delivered in collaboration with the Implementing Partner GOPA, the Route to Scale Accelerator Program was a resounding success. Over the course of 20 intensive days, including seven days at the new Shecluded Hub and 13 days conducted virtually, participants were immersed in a comprehensive curriculum designed to foster growth and innovation in their businesses.

The accelerator program featured a team of dedicated trainers, facilitators, and coaches, including Belinda Nkechi Idinmachi, Chief Growth Officer at Shecluded, and the Programs Director, who recently obtained certification as a business trainer. Alongside five other seasoned Business Development Experts, they provided invaluable guidance and mentorship to the participants throughout the program.

The immersive curriculum revolved around vital aspects of entrepreneurship and self leadership, including Growth Strategies and Mapping, Innovation, Technology and Business Digitization, Human Resource Management, Organizational Culture, Performance and Productivity Management, and Access to Market, and Investment Readiness. The comprehensive training empowered the participants to elevate their ventures to new heights.

The culminating event featured participants pitching their business ideas and strategies to a distinguished panel of seven investors, providing them with a unique opportunity to attract potential investments and propel their businesses further.
